Our Policies

  • We ask that for any cancellations or reschedules you please give notice 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged 100% of your service. If you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of your service. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your service.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. You will need to pay the full amount of the service in order to reschedule.

  • While we love your children, the salon is not the space for them. We kindly ask you not bring your children or any additional guest to your appointment. Should you not have child care and need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures that you and all guest at Molly June Salon have a relaxing experience.

  • We want you to be 100 percent satisfied and more than happy with your hair when leaving Molly June Salon. Each stylist has their own refund policy. If you are not in love with your hair, please contact your stylist. Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you change your mind about the extension/color service. Additional charges maybe applied in this scenario. In no circumstance will a refund be given as our stylist time can not be given back.
